1. Introduction
At Astuto Technologies, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and responsibility. This Code of Conduct sets the standard for professional behavior for all employees, officers, directors, contractors, interns, and other representatives of the company. It reflects our core values and provides guidance for making ethical decisions in our day-to-day activities.

3. Workplace Conduct

- We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or any form of retaliation.

- Managers are expected to model ethical behavior and support their teams in living our values.
4. Business Integrity and Compliance
- Conduct all business with honesty and integrity.
- Act with honesty in all interactions—customers, vendors, competitors. Never mislead customers, partners, or competitors.
- Represent Astuto’s services accurately; avoid misleading or deceptive practices.
- Follow fair competition principles and applicable laws (antitrust, export controls).
5. Anti-Bribery and Fair Dealings
- Do not offer, give, or accept bribes or improper payments.
- Gifts, meals, or entertainment must be reasonable, lawful, and not intended to influence decisions.
- Any questionable situation should be reported to your manager or the compliance point of contact.
6. Conflicts of Interest
- Avoid situations where your personal interests conflict with the company's interests.
- Disclose any potential conflict(e.g., outside employment, financial interests, close relationships with vendors/customers) to HR or leadership.
7. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
- Protect confidential information, whether it relates to Astuto, our customers, or partners.
- Use customer data strictly for legitimate business purposes and protect it per our security and privacy policies.
- Do not share internal company information unless authorized.
8. Use of Company Assets
- Use Astuto resources responsibly and for business purposes only.
- Safeguard laptops, systems access, and other company-issued assets.
- Report any loss or misuse of assets to the security or IT team immediately.
9. Information Security
- Follow company security policies and procedures at all times.
- Use secure systems and strong passwords.
- Report suspicious activity or data breaches to the InfoSec team.
10. Working with Third Parties
- Choose vendors, partners, and contractors who uphold high ethical standards.
- Ensure third parties comply with Astuto’s expectations on ethics, data handling, and legal compliance.
11. Human Rights and Modern Slavery Commitment
- Astuto Technologies is committed to upholding and promoting fundamental human rights across all aspects of our operations and supply chain. We strictly prohibit any form of modern slavery, including forced labor, bonded labor, child labor, and human trafficking. We promote equal opportunity, fair treatment, and safe working conditions throughout our organization and value chain. 12. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Commitment
- Lead in reducing digital carbon emissions via cloud cost optimization and efficiency.
- Incorporate ESG principles: sustainable tech deployment, inclusive culture, transparent governance.
- Drive ongoing improvement by setting targets and reporting environmental impact.
13.Reporting Concerns and Whistleblowing
- If you see or suspect a violation of this Code, speak up.
- You can report concerns to your manager or HR.
- Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
14. Enforcement and Accountability
- Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
- Astuto Technologies reserves the right to update this Code periodically.
15. Acknowledgment
All employees are expected to read, understand, and annually acknowledge compliance with this Code of Conduct.
